Toronto The Third -Day 12

We had seen adverts around the city for a Banksy Exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art. So we decided this would be today's destination. We Google mapped the museum before we went. We jumped on the streetcar, then walked for about 25 minutes through a residential area of the city. $90 for the 2 of us and we were all set. We collected our audio guides and headed in.

These are a few of my favourite pieces that we saw.

While looking at one piece this random balloon appeared from above, I'm not sure it was actually part of the exhibition.

We both found the artwork and audio guide very interesting indeed.

We then headed back to the main road and headed into the city on foot again. We walked through little Italy, Little Portugal and Chinatown before reaching Yonge Street. DH took this photo of some street art on the way.

We were hoping to go to the Hard Rock Cafe for food, however, it's no longer there, it's now a Shoppers Drug Mart! Oh well into the Eaton Centre food court. I had sushi and DH had Szechuan. Both were very tasty.

We headed out to the streetcar stop and I saw this sign about the Santa Parade.

While we waited I was mesmerised by this reflective building.

And I love this building too.

Onto the street car and back to the condo for a quick change. We were off out to more friends of my aunt and uncle. We had drinks and the guys ended up going to a bar. My aunt and I eventually went to pick them up at 1.30, we grabbed some pizza slices to eat on the way home and were in bed by 2.15 am. A late night but a good night.
