Sorry did you get your passes through universal then cos when i go to check out it says i have to purchase my actual tickets through them as oppsed to buying the separately.

If you did buy them directly are they the actual tickets or vouchers?

hi, tracey..click on BUY TICKETS...then click on box with date criteria in... a seperate box opens up... click on the arrow near the month to change to Oct...the dates in yellow are the nites availible..click on the nite you want then it puts it in the date box for you... enter how many tickets...its all ages, so adults and kids are the same price...click ADD TO CART... next page click CHECKOUT... or if you want to add EXPRESS passes for that nite...click COUNTINUE SHOPPING... then follow same instuctions to add more to your shopping basket... after clicking CHECKOUT...next page comes up for address details..at the top of the address details box is INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS..click here first, then enter your details...then click on SHIPPING ...and follow the rest of instructions... I think you click on INTERNATIONAL FED EXPRESS $20... and it should be OK from here..I got actual tickets when I ordered my 3 day tickets... so I would expect actual tickets again..as I also did this 2 years ago for HHN and got actual tickets then... it takes about 2 weeks for them to arrive..in fact it gives you a date for delivery...but they can arrive early than this date

thanks again - i think they must have changed it as it says it will only let you purchase this ticket if you buy an additional ticket to enter the parks! v v annoying. I have emailed them to see if there is a way around this. I take it it did not do this to you

Sorry tracey..I bought the normal ticket..you must be after the stay & scream ticket ..where you have to have a normal admission ticket for that day ..and also be in the park on that day so you can just buy the stay & scream pass on the day your actually in the park...but these are very popular events..especially with the locals... a couple of years ago many people got turned away, on the nite we went... thats why i play safe and order my tickets in advance...so not to miss out on a truly fantastic nite.. i also remember them being on a lot more nites..in fact, nearly every nite in Oct...but this year...it's not every nite...so you have to way up if it's worth missing out or gurantee thet you can go , on the nite you want to go!

NO...but i think you are trying to buy Stay & Scream ticket...you have to be in the park on that day, using your normal admision ticket..then go to Customer services, and buy the Stay & Scream ticket, to remain in the park that nite for HHN...when you go on the website they are saying you have to BUY any of those tickets you have mentioned above... First..or at the same time of ordering your Stay & Scream Ticket... so if you already have bought your universal tickets ...you will have to take the chance on the day your at IOA/ US ... to purchase a Stay & Scream ticket...or buy the normal entrance ticket for $60...

yeah that is what i thought i have written to them to see if there is a way around it. not got my flex yet as i found the flex cheaper elsewhere so worse case i will get it from Universal - thanks for all your help i thought that was the case. Do you happen to know if there flex and other tickets are tickets or vouchers?
