FOP experience today...
...
Couldnt get a fast pass today or any other day prior to going.Visited AK' today arrived 2pm..had FP'S for Everest,Lion King,Kilimanjaro Safari..after all done que'd from 5.30pm for FOP..I'd say 90% of people queing i could see families, kids, older generation all on phones...i mean i guess the art of conversation is no more right! I hate the damn phones and still use and old blackberry, some phones i seen people using the size of your arm... Anyhow back to FOP'..wait time 115 mins...was bang on that as we entered and got sat in and pushed snug fit...to say was it worth a 2hr wait, absolutely yes...wife and daughter said the same...worth the wait and some, came off a tad emotional,...we all did,was truly an experience not to be missed...well done Disney and AK'...superb! |

I agree been lucky to get on it 3 times this holiday and snagged a fast pass two days in advance so bought an extra day in Disney - prob best ride I've ever done whereas I can't see the hype over 7 dwarfs or Frozen this is worth the wait!

We were lucky enough to get a FP for this and absolutely loved it! I wish we had tried to get back in line for FOP instead of the River Journey later that evening.

Lucky enough to get 2 FP and to blag our way into FP for a 3rd time during our 2 week stay, but we were adamant, if we couldnt talk our way in its the only ride worth the 2-3hr wait.
Utterly incredible experience from start to finish. |

Loved FOP and we had FPs for it. I think we must be the only people that would never wait over an hour for any ride. I think the longest we have ever queued was for HP in Universal one year before it became FOLP, and that was under an hour.

I also left this ride an emotional wreck - such an immersive experience; you can smell the forest and sea even. I thought Pandora was going to be a dud but duly rewatched the movie before we went so we would get plenty out of the visit. I am so glad we did too. The movie actually made better viewing now, without all the 3D hype that surrounded it at the time and as for Disney’s Pandora ... simply wow

We've been lucky enough to get 4 days x Fastpass+ for Flight of Passage this holiday - including today and Saturday.
No question it's a brilliant ride but equally there's no way ( imho ) that it's worth any more than a one hour wait maximum in a standby queue. Not that you've got any choice currently since standby queues are upwards of 120 minutes most of the time. |
