anneeb, when did you send your claim to them? I sent mine last Thursday and speaking to them today, they still hadn't received it. How did they confirm they had received your paperwork?

Downloaded a dispute form on the 23rd, filled it in and posted it to Barclaycard with copies of the online invoice. Phoned on the 30th & they confirmed they had received the form, phoned again today and was told my claim had been processed and the refund offset against TUI flights which I booked a few days ago. Going to check my statement!

I sent it last Tuesday, they said the other day allow up to 7 working days, told on Wednesday that it hadn't been received but I think that it may have been as the person tonight asked me twice what had the adviser said on Wednesday about my paperwork. I think they send a message if received, will update if I get any message

When I go into 'transactions' on my account my Thomas Cook flights amount is now in red, but my minimum payment is still showing as full amount. The person that I spoke to the other day said that the amount that I had to pay was with this transaction off, but I am still unsure what will be taken out of my bank account.

I will check my Barclaycard statement to see if the same has happened to me. I have checked a couple of times but not in the last day or two.

The Thomas Cook transaction on my BC records is in red too now. I guess that means they have my claim!

I think that may mean that that transaction is frozen so you don’t pay interest on in. That’s what they told me but they also said they have my forms.

Antheve, I always pay my credit card off, so as we booked last July it was cleared long ago.
I have only a present for my grandson at £29.99 on there at the moment!

Yeah me too. Think it’s just standard that they put a block on potential interest. That’s what Barclaycard said to me anyway. They also said should have something in the post this week regarding the claim. Waiting patiently at the minute.
