Start date of Theme Park tickets set in stone?
Hey everyone
We are going back to Florida in March after 9 years! I've booked everything with Virgin this time (or should I say rebooked as our first booking was with Thomas Cook!) We are staying for 16 days this time and have 14 day park tickets for Disney and 14 day park tickets for Universal. My Virgin itinary says that my Disney tickets start on the first day of our holiday and the universal tickets start two days into our holiday. I've just realised we will want to go to Disney on our last day and take advantage of Disney Springs check in. Do the tickets have to start on the day it says on the itinary and if so do you think I will be able to change them? I've just tried calling Virgin but they're closed Thanks folks!

Tickets don't activate until used through the turnstiles first time, the date is on there to "prevent" you using them before. You will get 15 days out of your Disney ones ( as long as you miss a day) but will only get 14 from Universal - it's down to how they are worded so in Disn'ey's case it's "14 days from first use" so first day doesn't count as it's from then but you can only use it 14 times hence the miss a day

No, the Disney tickets and the Universal tickets do not have to start on the day that Virgin states on their itinerary.
The tickets start on the day you use them. If you want to use the Disney tickets on the third day of your holiday, then you can start using them then.
