Upgrading 1 day Magic Your Way Tickets

Hi
We have 1 day MYW tickets which we purchased from Undercover tourist to visit EPCOT. We've already linked these to MDE. We have now decided we'd also like to visit Magic Kingdom as well as this may be our last trip for some years.
Can anyone tell me what would be best to do. We'd still like to be able to book fast passes at 30 days so an upgrade at the gate or buying tickets on the day wouldn't be our best option. Can we upgrade our 1 day tickets before we go? Do we have to buy another 1 day ticket and if we do will we still be able to link it to MDE as we've already got 1 set of tickets linked?
I'd be grateful of any advice.
