We are thinking of going in February 2022, hoping that the crowds will have died down a bit by then - knowing how Disney tend to drag out celebrations, I'm thinking they will probably still have everything going on at that point. Hopefully!

Disneyworld Officially opened October 1, 1971, so Feb 2022 is only 4 months after so I think its pretty much guaranteed the celebration will still be on

I was born the day it opened, unfortunately with the kids at school, a trip for our joint 50th is not possible. 60th or 70th will be though!

Yes! As we bought our first house in Jan, 2021 is the aim 😄😄

We initially decided to wait until 2021 for our next trip, as going to Disney with a 4 month old was much easier than going with a 1 or 2 year old, so we wanted to wait until DS is 3 and then go. Disney bug has hit us and DD missing out on 3 years of Disney 'just' because we had a baby, doesn't seem fair, so we are busy doing bits in the house this year and recovering from maternity pay and hoping for a 2019 trip.
If not, it will be 2021, as I will be very reluctant to pay for flights for a 2 year old, when just a couple of months earlier he would have flown as an infant.
