1st time park help

Off in july to visit some parks

Islands of adventure
Universal
Discovery cove
Volcanoe Bay
Sea Wrold
Aquatica

Couple of things what the hell do I wear? I know it sounds strange but I havnt a clue.

Secondly What should I take in with me and where can I store things when I am on certain rides including water parks for the day?

IoA, Universal and Sea World make sure you wear trainers or the likes, lots of walking!

Water parks wear pretty much that you like, take your own towels. There are lockers to store your stuff in. It's a cost but worth it so you don't worry about your possessions

Hi I love Florida because it's no fashion show ! Wear whatever you want as comfy as possible and invest in a pair of really good shoes. I like dresses with a pair of cycle shorts underneath...(not sure if you are a female or not !) it is hot and you will walk for miles so comfort is all you will be interested in. Even in the restaurants people aren't dressed up. On a lot of the rides in Universal there are free lockers at the entrance for the duration of the ride. Not very fashionable but I also have a bum bag(can't bring myself to say the other word lol ! )
Have a fab time !

I wore shorts tshirt/vest and flip flops or sandals. Too hot for trainers for me.
I carried as little as possible and took it on the rides.

Don't buy new shoes unless you bed them in now. Your comfiest battered trainers or sandals are the best, no one looks at your feet. Take 2 pairs in case one gets soaked either in the rain or water rides . Easy dry t shirts and shorts , denim is horrendous if wet and if you do the water rides at ioa just get in the bath fully clothed this evening because that's exactly how you will get off the rides . Take a waterproof ziplock bag for any bank cards , phones , money etc or rent a locker . And take a pound shop poncho for your pocket , you may get caught in a downpour .
Smallest park bag possible for bag check , bum bags are great and no one cares if you have one . Small bottle of sun team or dispense some in a bottle for applying will walking round the parks , it's easy to get burnt . Have a fab time

Shorts and t-shirts are best for parks as they are comfortable and cool. Even for the evenings, shorts are fine but my husband tends to wear a short sleeve shirt or polo shirt for the evenings.
Very comfortable sandals or trainers are best for feet. My husband wears a bumbag for the parks and we don't really take much in with us, just ponchos, tissues, spare camera batteries, blister plasters (just in case), phone and suncream if needed although we use a once a day suncream as we don't burn easily so it is fine for us.
