Many Thanks too you all, sounds like a no brainer to me about staying 1 night at the hotel, has anyone used booking.com before for the Universal hotel, if so what was your experience like

Cheers

We booked through Expedia and only have to pay on arrival with free cancellation until one week beforehand. Also used topcashback for a 12% cashback deal on our 1 night booking at Royal Pacific

It depends what you want to do. In June we really only wanted to do Harry Potter so it was £50 less expensive for us to buy 2x1day park to park tickets plus an Express ticket each than it would have been to stay in an hotel .Admittedly we had done the parks several times and knew what we wanted to do and knew the layout of the parks. So if people only want a half day in each park it is worth checking.
