Cruises
So we set sail on majesty of the seas on 29th August. Supposed to have 2 sea days and 2 days in Mexico.
Due to the hurricane our cruise then was extended by 2 extra days. One day we were supposed to go to Nassau which obviously didn’t happen. Thank god and what an absolute devastation for those in the Bahamas. We are due back to Fort Lauderdale tomorrow but in all honesty it’s can’t see how it will happen. The captain did announce earlier that we will be there but Port Everglades has been closed for 2 days so to open tomorrow seems pretty scary. We would then need to hire a car and drive back to Orlando to the villa which we should have had for 3 nights but now only 1. Our flight back to Gatwick is on Thursday with Norwegian and that’s up in the air too. Had a text saying we can change this free of charge. There are so many Floridians on this ship who must be worried sick about their homes. I really feel for them. And anyone else who is affected by this. Stay safe people. Xxxx

I hope you are still managing to enjoy yourself despite all the changes and worry.
Really feel for the people on the ship worried about their homes. Hopefully they had friends or family securing them but must be hard for them.
