Anyone else find it’s worse on some trips?
We’ve been here since last Wednesday and I’ve been awake since three again. I fell asleep in Carousel of Progress yesterday!
I wonder if it’s because it’s dark evenings?

I always have a little doze in there. My best one to everyone's shock was the Lion King show tho.

I was far better this year than any previous years. I managed 4:45am on the first morning but after that it was all after 6am.

Last year (December) I struggled.

I really struggled when we got home, we been back since 15th Nov and only this week have I been back to normal sleep patterns. Was late for work last week twice. Couldn't get to sleep much before 3am then had to be up again by 7am
Normally I only suffer a couple of days.

Travelling west is usually ok - it’s travelling east (ie coming home from US or flying to Asia) is the killer for me. Definitely worse the older you get 😀.
I find noise cancelling headphones help ... and travelling business 😀
