'Yes you will be dressing up' Sept/Oct '09

I have enjoyed reading everyone's trip reports and they have given me so much information on Disney and what to expect so I thought I would write one... bear with me I might waffle with my excitement!

CAST

Me, Aimee (23) first ever trip to Disney or America! So excited. Have read everything and anything on Disney for the past few weeks in the run up to me leaving on Tuesday! Ahhh My favourite character is Cinderella. Classic princess! Cant wait to see her castle

DBF, Jack (21) Been to Disney with his family in the past when he was younger, a big kid at heart. He is currently over in Florida (long story that I will explain below!) Favourite characters Chip n Dale He will hate me saying that, he'd rather me say something cool like Buzz but I'd be lying hehe



Jack & I at T in the Park this year...

Jack and I have been together for nearly 3 years now, we've been to Switzerland ski-ing at Christmas and we did a road trip round Europe last year, but we have never been on a typical beach lovely weather chill holiday before...

Jack began training to be a commercial pilot in January 2009, childhood dream which I am so proud of him for following through When he started he knew that part of the course he would need to go to Spain for 3 months to do intensive flying (better weather = more hours) Anyway due to the ecomonic climate Spain ended up being £3000 more expensive (on an already v.expensive course) The other option Florida...

I had planned to go and stay with him in Spain for 3 weeks, so when he said he was going to Florida my face lit up cue flights booked leaving on 22nd September from Edinburgh stopping off in Newark for 2 hours, then onto Orlando International (which I'm very excited about landing at as Jack has subsequently landed/taken off at a few times proud girlfriend moment!)

I'm rambling... sorry :pop: get snacks!

As Jack will be flying while I'm out there I've not made too many plans as we need to work it around him. That is the reason he is out there, not for me to run around Magic Kingdom like a child as he keeps reminding me

Shared Photopass (For couple shots, instead of just one of us!)

I'll be staying at his villa that he's sharing with the other pilots so no need to organise accomodation more money for the parks hehe

I'll stop now! I'll be taking loads of notes so beware there will be long winded trip reports to follow

Wow how fantastic... Florida or Spain? I bet your glad the euro took a tumble!
