Glad people are sorted. There wasn't really any communication regarding options (I've never received any emails about my AP at all) it was just that I read all these type of threads to know what was happening.

I’m on hold to see if they would kindly extend our passes again. They have apparently had discussion about what they would do in the case of those being h able to visit due to covid and with extended not frozen passes, but I’m not holding my breath.

I emailed a few weeks ago and asked for a supervisor to email which they did but would not budge on extending my AP. I even explained in the email (just in case they didnt know as I know sometimes they are unaware of travel restrictions for other countries) that it was not because we didn't want to come more that we could not as the borders where closed to the uk and that there was a presidential proclomation in place.
The email stated that "in august of 2020 due to some of the escalated challenges that some international guests were expriencing with visiting wdw and additional extension was added. At this time we are unable to add any addtional extension" to which i replied uk guests are still expriencing the same escalated challenges now that we where in 2020? I replied and asked for a futher higher manager to which they would now agreee just that he would pass my feed back on. I also emailed again and said it was awful the way they where treating uk guests and the universal orlando where being much more accomodating. I feel like they are giving the exceptions now and accepting the issues uk guest have for dvc which is great but annual passholders are being fobbed off and they are treating us like we are choosing to not go! Please let us all know how you all get on, the more of us complain hopefully the further we will get. Stacey |

The way the uk guests have been treated is far from magical and from the new news now regarding fastpass, I don't see me going to disney anymore and switch alliances to universal or just having florida holiday without theme parks for a while
There is nothing at disney anymore that gives any incentive for wanting to stay - I am seriously considering selling my dvc but don't want really and don't want to regret it |
