Attraction tickets.com moving Disney tickets

I have just called them as currently have 2021 Disney 14 day ultimate tickets that I need to move to 2022 now. The lady I spoke to was covering that dept, didn’t really know, she mentioned about sending tickets back to them, but as the value is £1400 how have people done this? She is also checking to see if I can cut these up
Any advice would be grateful

We did this about two weeks and just had to cut in half and send them a photo -new tickets were sent out the following day -very fast and efficient

Thank you the lady called me back and told me to do this, so hopefully this will be sorted soon
