Best Villas Close to Disney/Universal

Hi, I'm planning for April 2023 in Orlando for family of 5.
Can you please recommend the best villas which are a short drive to Disney or Universal?
*we haven't decided if we're hiring a car yet, hence I've asked if you could mention any villas that have a shuttle bus service going past too*

Very few villa communities have shuttle buses or are close enough to walk to restaurants. They are generally much more suited to renting a car (or Uber if you pick carefully). You are probably better off looking at suite/apartment complexes if you don't want to drive.

Villas in the Four Corners area, for example Windsor Hills, Sunset Lakes, Emerald Island, Formosa Gardens, Lindfields are an easy 15 minutes drive to the nearest Disney Park (Animal Kingdom). Good spot really close to the 192 for restaurants and Supermarkets (also reasonable cost for Uber or Lyft if you wanted to leave the car behind for a day). Another good area is around Medieval Times (marker 14/15 from memory on the 192). So, Lake Berkley, Terra Verde, Cumbrian Lakes, Bellavida, further up Storey Lake, Veranda Palms(?) These cut out a lot of the congestion off the 192/I-4 junction, can access Disney via the 535 and much easier run to Universal. Have a look at the villa section on here, there's a great map of the communities. I used Google maps to get an idea of travel times.
