Excited about Disney

We purchased our tickets from Orlando Ticket Deals (now Attraction Tickets) in 11/2019 for a 2020 holiday which, were obviously extended when the holiday was rebooked for 09/2021. We have now moved it to 06/2022 so, I contacted AT last Monday to enquire about the tickets - Universal & Seaworld have both extended theirs to the end of 2022 but, Disney had to be cancelled and replaced for 2022 (price difference was paid). I had to cut the existing Disney tickets and send them a picture - the new tickets were received on Thursday.

That's great you got sorted 👍

Could I ask what was the price difference please?

I received an update to my recent Klook enquiry. It was essentially a holding message but they explained they have submitted a cancellation request for refund and that if it is successful then I won’t be able to use the same promotion code again when repurchasing the 2022 tickets.
That would be a little annoying but at this point I’m so fearful of losing the whole amount, that I’d gladly accept a refund!

Well I’ve just received a message to say that due to lack of manpower it could take between 6 and 12 weeks to get an answer! This is 17 days on from my first message and 31 messages between us now ! I’m not holding my breathe at this point. I think I need to look into the possibility of whether I can claim via the section 75 on my credit card ? Hope you have a better outcome than me at the moment.

I’m still getting updates every week along this line:

“This is a follow-up email to update you that we are still working on your request/concern. No worries as we are doing our best to expedite the process and keep you updated.”

With 15-days to expiry I’m getting very concerned now. Have you had any joy? Or progress with credit card company?

Bought tickets for Universal in 11/19 obviously now looking at 2022, so back in about May I contacted Universal direct not via ticket agent . Customer service was brilliant and they extended our tickets to January 2023

Yes - Universal have been fantastic. Without even making an enquiry I received an email saying all 2021 tickets have been extended to the end of 2022. No such decision or communication from Disney though which is where my enquiry lies… Disney won’t talk to me though as the tickets were bought through an intermediary:-(

I just extended my Disney ticket to 2022 with AT.
Just sent them a photo of the cut up ticket.

Paid £14 to change from 7 days to 14.
Seemed easy and the ticket is in the post.

This is exactly what I want to do - but the way I bought the tickets (via Klook who use a US intermediary) means I don’t have a physical ticket to cut up. Instead I have a PDF that I would need to ‘swap’ for a physics ticket upon arrival at Disney in Orlando….. hence I’m at Klook’s mercy who are supposedly still awaiting response from the intermediary. Disney won’t talk to me - 10 days to go until these expire, Aaaaargh!
