We watched Princess and the Frog yesterday. My youngest dd said she had never seen it (which surprised me &#128563. I forgot how much I loved the music and songs in it.

We’re about to watch Galaxy Quest for the umpteenth time, really good fun and a very funny send up of Star Trek with sigourney weaver, Alan rickman and Buzz lightyear xx

We watched Room on Netflix a couple of nights ago. I can’t believe I had not heard of this film before, I was blown away, the acting was phenomenal and the subject matter was emotive and hard hitting. Absolutely fantastic film and I cannot recommend it highly enough, be prepared to get through a box of tissues though!

Continuing our 80s session, dd 13 and I, having watched the breakfast club last week (which we thoroughly Enjoyed), we watched:

16 candles - ok but not amazing

St Elmos fire - really enjoyed and lots of discussion afterwards about who we felt for and who was right or wrong and what we felt might happen next. Really enjoyed
