If it's a pudding pudding apple crumble with custard. Honourable mention to suet jam roly poly with custard.
General deserts - probably too many to decide, but things like profiteroles and creme brulee.

I tend to find puddings so disappointing.
However, a really tart key lime pie or anything with rhubarb is definitely a winner A decent trifle is good too Edited at 09:27 PM. |

Hubby makes the best Tiramisu, which is yum !
If eating out I like key lime pie or a very tart lemon dessert. |
