Unable to contact DLP

I’ve got a book for DLH in August. DLP have emailed me asking whether I want to move or cancel. We’re opting to postpone for obvious reasons. The email says I have to contact them by end of tomorrow, 5th June. However I’ve spent ridiculous lengths of time on the phone trying to get through - dread to think of the cost! Does anyone have an alternative phone number or email address I can use? I appreciate they will be snowed under but my frustration levels aren’t doing too well 😉

Go on their website, run through a dummy booking and online chat should pop up. I think...

I attempted that, online chat isn’t available. My love of all things Disney is fading. It would be far easier to offer an email address for those who need to cancel. Hey ho.

we’ve used this previously when we had a query about visiting with a scooter, but that was a couple of years ago.

Thank you, I’ll give it a go. Giving me (and everyone else) such a short window to make changes is shocking without an alternative to an already over-subscribed telephone system.

If you use Twitter you can DM the guest services team via @DLPHelp or via Fb Messenger to the official DLP account.
The live chat is only available when team members are free or logged on. We are volunteers and don’t have set hours to offer live chat I’m afraid.
I use the Twitter option.

We've had the same email today.
We have been offered the New York hotel instead of DLH but there is no details about the room type or other items included. They have also offered a £135 discount which doesn't seem very much.

Not yet tried to contact them but 24 hours notice is a bit tight!

Why have they asked you to move or cancel? Is the hotel not open in august?

The Disneyland Hotel is closed. We have been offered a move to Hotel New York/Marvel with a £135 discount or cancel without penalty. I’m looking to cancel - I’d reschedule but the prices aren’t yet released.

I’ve tried numerous times without success. I dread to think how many people received the same message! Good luck, I too felt £135 wasn’t a great offer.
