Topcashback and Blue light question

Good morning,
I’m thinking of booking for next summer but cannot work out the Topcashback offer. Please can anyone tell me if you managed to get cash back on a hotel/ticket only package for 2022?
On TCB it says “ moderate” booking at SSR, GF and BW at 4.72% , POR and POFQ at 3.67% ( but they are closed! ) and package including hotel/tickets/flight at 3.15%!
Will they give CB on one of the other hotels with ticket but no flights?
Secondly, has it been possible to add the blue light discount and still keep the cash back or can you only claim one or the other?
Thanks so much for any help - it’s SO expensive next year that any tiny saving will help.

Can’t answer all your question, but with experience of other sites you won’t get TCB if you also use a discount code-think it says that on their Ta &cs

I booked via Quidco , ticket and hotel only for the discount
Then phoned Disney and added the blue light discount seperatetly . So yes it can be done
