Crocs in water parks?

Cheering myself up by doing my packing list, just wondering can you wear crocs instead of water shoes in the water parks or am I better buying the water shoes?
We’ll only be doing the one water park so trying to save on the packing. Thinking on buying them now for next year
TIA

When I read the thread title I thought I’m never setting foot in a waterpark again. Then I realized you meant footwear !

I love Crocs and don’t care if they are out of fashion. I take several pairs on holiday and wear them all the time. I wouldn’t buy water shoes for one day especially if you are trying to save on packing.

As far as I know, you have to take water shoes off for some of the slides anyway so no advantage over wearing Crocs or even just flip flops. I wouldn't buy anything special if you already have something waterproof.

Crocs are awful with wet feet, it would be really easy to twist an ankle as your foot slides around in them, I remember really hurting my foot when getting off a water ride at AK

I much prefer water shoes, u can pick them up for around $8 in Walmart, if memory serves me right I only had to take them off for one ride at volcano bay the rest I could keep them on, crocs are comfy but I wouldn’t wear them if my feet were wet it’s asking for a twisted ankle or worse

I wear these Crocs everywhere in Orlando including the waterparks. Not all Crocs are clogs.
