These are very like the ones I wear to go to the supermarket when it is raining hard here. Nothing like wading through puddles in the parking lot. I find them fine to walk in when they are wet. I also never wear water shoes instead of crocs in waterparks.

If you wear sandal type shoes or flip flops, when you get on some rides, you can wear them like bracelets, so you then keep them with you. Useful for when you get off the slide!

I'd imagine Crocs would come off in lazy rivers and wave pools etc, whereas water shoes stay in place.

We always buy cheap watershoes from Decathlon/Sports direct and then just leave them in Florida when we come home.

No hassle getting them in the case on the outbound flight, but the flight home is a different story!

I wear Crocs flip-flops all year round here, (accidentally in the snow, sometimes - don't ask!), and find that if my feet get too wet, they slide around a bit too much. So I'd probably vote for water shoes myself, but you can get them really cheaply from Walmart over there. One of the reasons we have an Owner's Locker box in Florida is to keep things like this in there!

Thanks everyone - swinging back to just getting them and leaving them behind
