Orlandoattractiontickets.co.uk help please ?

Hi I’m looking for some advice for my son and his fiancé , they put a deposit down and have partly paid for their ticket bundles for our upcoming trip in September but as it is looking very likely that it will be cancelled they are trying to find out what will happen if they can’t travel , they aren’t in a financial position to have all that money out on tickets indefinitely and if this trip is cancelled they would prefer to use the money for a holiday this year instead , has anyone had tickets on deposit with this company and cancelled because holiday was cancelled? Can you please share with me did you have to pay a cancellation or just lose deposit? Thank you

It depends on cancellation policy when tickets were booked, did they take out insurance to cover tickets ?We had to move DC tickets we had booked with them from this Aug to next year, we had covid cover on them so no charges.

It’s not a paid extra insurance they have it’s called ticket guardian, but can only be claimed if the holiday company cancels and you don’t move to a future date , I’m just trying to find out if anyone who only had a deposit down and what happened when they cancelled and what did they have to pay, if it’s 25% they would lose £400 just seems really unfair when they don’t actually have any tickets yet xxx
