Great customer service ,Alamo

Having received the dreaded "flight is cancelled " email from BA ,i cancelled my Alamo car rental ,that was on a Friday ,money back in my account the following day ,can't ask more than that
We unfortunatly hear so many horror stories with people not getting refunds ,be it car hire,flight,hotels etc etc,i think it's fair to highlight the good service as well

Well said, last time we were there I drove to Atlanta because of a hurricane, Alamo were great, no extra charge, no drama at all.
I did make a point of telling the lady at the garage I was very impressed.
I also posted here, as you say, good service should be highlighted.
