Warranty Advice - US Apple Products

In my experience Apple have always been fantastic regardless of where you purchased the product.

I lived in the states briefly and my iPod headphones developed a fault, I popped into the Apple Store in New Jersey and asked how much a new pair would be and the guy just ran and got me some and handed them to me no questions asked.

A few months later said iPod froze up and couldn't be saved, they didn't even mention it was bought in the UK and just replaced it there and then.

I left my charger plugged into the wall in the Peabody, as we had only moved up the road to RPR I went back down and they denied all knowledge of it. Probably a dishonest cleaner who thought we had gone home.
Anyway, I went to the Apple shop at M@M and explained to guy on the shop floor (to make sure I bought the right charger), he went in the back and came back out and gave me one. It's their great customer service that keeps me going back to Apple
