What is the store?

Hi all,

Hoping you can shed some light... We visited a very cheap store that was a lot like TK Maxx (no not TJ Maxx) by one of the outlets. I'm wondering if it was Ross' lot for less? I picked up lots of Nike tshirts for about $9ea back in 2012

What other stores are similar? And not in the main outlets rather on the iRide route, just before one of the main outlets.

All advice welcome.

Marshalls are also similar to ross and TJ max x
