It's been lovely having a "no parks" Florida holiday. Have spent loads of time in the pool, at the beach and in the malls. Obviously had to be careful of the sun but with the cheap BA fly drive deal, can't believe this holiday worked out better value than anything we were looking at in Spain.

As much as I'm really looking forward to our full on theme park holiday next week I must admit I can't wait for our no park holiday next year in Cape Coral and Windsor Hills!
OP those days are just perfect, have a lovely rest of the holiday

Thanks, out for a last meal in Cape Coral tonight before leaving this wonderful villa. ☹️

Don't worry Col41 - there is always next time, it will be back around again before you know it.

Smilesonfaces - my parents took me to Florida when I was 15 & 17 ... and 26 & 28 . 18 months later I bought a villa, and of the 11 times I've been to Florida since, I have taken them with me 5 times, and they've gone without me 3 times, so they're well in credit now! As he gets older, you can insist that he takes you with him when he goes instead

We have more of these days than theme park days- Bliss😎😎

Normally average only one theme park each visit now, balance has completely shifted, but it's still great

My DS 4 loves a villa day.
Last time we were there he said he wanted to ditch one of my planned park days for a relaxing day at the villa.😲 I reluctantly agreed.
