I believe this is based at the Swan Hotel?

Do you just get the Bus to the Swan and walk from there?

Not based there but definitely walkable from there.

It's a 10-12min walk from the Swan/Dolphin.

(or if renting a car you can park at the golf itself)

We are using the WDW Buses so a short walk from the Swan is fine.

I think its meant to be "queueing" system (probably autocorrect kicked in and got it wrong).

So you often have a wait before you play which can vary from 5-20mins depending on how many people are already on the courses.

The fairways course seemed to always have a shorter wait when we've been in the past week (it's the slight more "serious" one of the two courses - the garden course is a bit more "crazy" golf style).
