So we just returned home from the above hotel today and for anyone who may consider booking this hotel or already has, CANCEL!

The standards were very poor, rooms were filthy and disgusting, breakfast option was stale and the swimming pools had dead centipedes in the bottom of it.

We stayed here before and its always our first choice when we book but will never return.

The lack of information they provided during Hurricane Irma was unbelievable. Even the evcauees who were staying in hotel were disgusted at the level of service.

We had a few centipedes in our room and the excuse from reception was they move indoors with the rain.

Terrible hotel and never again
