No. It is not open and they are working on it, same as when you first asked.
The opening date still hasn't been announced, as far as I am aware. When they are ready, I am sure they will announce it.

The liquor store at Cagan Crossing's Wal Mart is now open! They even have full size trolleys there

That's quick. In June I was asking the manager what was being built in the car park and he told me a new liquor store and he said that the existing store was the second buisiest store in the country.
Must all the tourist buying the 1.75ltr plastic bottle of liquor to take home

When I did a search for opening dates, I found nothing other than a site hiring staff for a November opening, hope it's not the end of the month. Our Condo is on Old lake Wilson Road so this will become our 'local'.

Sorry I said I'd post earlier but keep forgetting when I get in. Still work going on at it. As others have said pumps are in but the garage itself is still having work done. All the tarmac is laid and all lines are in etc. Plenty of bitty jobs left looking at it so can't see it opening for a least another month I'd say. Will look forward to it next yr
