Coupons and Discount Cards

Hello folks, can anyone recommend coupon books, discount cards and such like for eating out and shopping, that they have used and found to be quite good? Thanks a lot. Andy.

I fly on Friday and have printed off a few discount coupons to take with me. If you give me your email address I can email them to you. I only have a few tho. $20 off O'Neills, $10 off Reebok, Free Subway drink, Free VIP coupon book at Premium Outlets etc.
