We just arrived at Universal and have picked up our parcel that Beth has sorted out for us , 4 park mugs and a special print.
We have been really impressed with her services , she has been quick to reply and very helpful all round. A very happy customer

As far as I'm concerned she gets 10 out of 10 from me, just for putting up with my constant messages
 It's the first time I have ever done anything like this before and had a panic when I was ordering all this stuff and it was going to a random strangers house! Does anyone know if when she drops the stuff off at the hotel the bell services would give her a present off us...or is this impossible? |

I started off thinking I'd order a couple of things and see how it went, such was the confidence that I was given I've ordered more and more with the value going up. She has done an excellent job so far, will see my items in a few weeks.

I have ordered a north face coat, not available in the UK. Vans, Disney beach towel ( which we spend ages trying to find), pandora Christmas tree ornaments off eBay, teeth whitening strips, Disney monopoly game, pumpkin carving set... all essential items!
