Did you salvage any of the old stone slabs? I’m just curious they could make a nice feature area for a gazebo or an archway and some trellis plants.. your space will feel so much better when it’s finished. We just have a concrete yard with a few planters, you are very lucky to have this amount of land to work with behind your property. Hoping all goes well.

There are loads of old cobbles and we do have some old stone but I'm not sure I want to keep them projects usually take us a while and by the time we get around to it we will have wasted ages (in this case we have missed 5 years of having an outside space).


I have asked about a pergola around the small back part and want to get some nice planters to grow climbing plants although I am an absolute novice.
