I recommend the jigsaws from the Works. I got back into Jigsaws during lockdown and bought a few 500 piece ones from them, I had them done within 2 days. But they are beautiful scenes.
Just ordered a few 500 and 1000 piece ones from them this morning.

RE the Jigsaw roll up mat, I hated mine, and donated it.
I'm currently looking at a fold up board on the works and still debating, and there's one on studio also that may fall into my basket as I place my order later on
