Universal Tickets
We bought 2 days for the price of one tickets from ATD (i know they have a new name now, but just like MGM, thats how they will always be known!) for our cancelled trip in October.
Despite not downloading the tickets, they would only give me credit or refund minus the 20% which i thought was a bit off - but in the scheme of things i kind of shrugged it. So i took the credit note. However, i noticed that Universal changed their policy when browsing their website and are now honouring previously bought tickets. I contacted ATD and to be fair, they have now honoured it and the tickets are back in my account for 2021. so in the end - all good. If you had this situation, might be worth contacting your ticket supplier. |
