I'm edging towards a Xmas card with cash inside As I do agree that money would be most useful. I'm also not sure if she drinks, so that would be difficult

I either give cash but put in a card so doesn’t just look like a tip and will write something like “please get yourself a nice treat”. Have also given M&S or local department store voucher so she can choose something she would like.

Yes I put it in a card at Christmas. Safest idea if you don’t know if/what she drinks
