Amending TUI Package to a Fly Drive - anyone done this?

Does anyone have any experience amending on online TUI package to flight and car only?

I called them yesterday and spoke to someone who confirmed this would be possible for £50 pp amendment fee. All fine.

Called again this morning and asked to go ahead with change, I was placed on hold whilst they were carrying it out and then the line was cut off.

Called straight back and got call centre this time. They then advised that it isn't possible to amend to a fly drive after all I'm sceptical?

Just wanted to update this in case anyone in future is has same query.

I called TUI again today and we have now successfully amended our package to a Fly Drive. We also moved the date. Both changes included in a £50 pp amendment fee. Very happy.
