It’s only 3 pounds MH & like my Hubbie always says he can lose that easily after a toilet stop, don’t sweat too much about it, eat less & move more this week💪
Although I feel your pain as been with DGS this weekend no exercise apart from a walk & 3 lattes, a McDonald’s & then KFC today on the way home & numerous homemade cookies 😳I’m not stepping on the scales for a few days
