I’ve stayed in all the hotels around the lake. We like BW best and Beach/Yacht and Swalphin come equal second (I actually prefer the pools at the Swalphin to the BC)
I really like both the Swan and Dolphin and with Disney dining as it is currently if I was returning to Disney in the foreseeable future I’d probably stay there (we prefer to Uber from MCO than risk a long wait for the Magical Express).
That said I don’t think I’d bother moving from any of the Crescent lake hotels to another for just one night

On both my trips my wait for the Magical Express has been 10 minutes from getting to the ME desk to the coach setting off.

It varies. We waited about 15 minutes but then sat on the coach for half an hour before leaving the airport.
