Glad to see you embracing Rolling Oaks, our go to for several years. In fact, the boys these days are more excited about a visit to SuperTarget after a nice steak in Longhorns than a trip to a Disney Park! Suits me

Nice report Tom. Balanced and honest
After a break last year we are back to WDW just now and agree with nearly everything regarding the parks. MK just seems to have lost its magic, we could only work our visits round the three fast passes then come back another day to do more passes etc etc. The parks were so crowded we couldn’t comfortably get around. Yes it’s now Stroller Kingdom
We’ve just cancelled out visit this evening due to the heat, 103 deg F @16:15 ( not Disney’s fault of course) as our pastie Scottish complexions can’t take it.
We will have to do a rethink for next year, still do FL possibly, but no WDW as we are finding our chill time at the villa pool more fun than this latest WDW visit. Mind you age may be a contributing factor.

I think our next park visits will be when we come as grandparents in three years time!

Still we have had a great holiday, it’s just been different to what we planned on doing.

Clock the name badges and the time of year. So if May thru Sept and it says Fred Smith University of Tennessee then you know they are on a temp contract.

Some of them come across as very entitled and remind me of the podium Ladies on I Drive restaurants with their chinagraph pencil and plastic table plan.
Treating people like they are doing them a favour!

I am polite to everybody but treat me with contempt or indifference and I respond in kind.

Ah ok, my daughter just has her name and Country on hers, though the Country is a giveaway I suppose lol. And she's very polite and hard working, shame some aren't as they're lucky to be there.
