Evening shows

We are only in Disney for a week. Don’t want to be out every night so which evening shows are a must?
So far I have
1 night - Cali grill for fireworks view
1 night - MK
1 night - Epcot
1 night - disney springs
1 night - hotel chill

So I have one spare night, AK / HS or a resort show? We are onsite at GF

I would go for AK - it's stunning at night, especially the Pandora area. They have Rivers of Light, it's the only one we haven't watched yet, and the area in Asia where Everest when it's all lit up is lovely, it's our favourite park to go to in the evening. It never shuts too late so it's not a late late night if you know what I mean!

Thanks we’ve done fantasmic before been never been to AK at night so that was winning out
