Virgin miles upgrade

Are u able to upgrade with miles if booked through TA, we booked through pill8nger, it's economy classic so is upgradable, we have about 120000 miles but don't know where to start, do I contact virgin or pill8nger, is it each, what are miles n taxes likely to be. Never done this before, just keep saving lol. Thank you.

Have you paid your balance with the TA? If not that's the first thing you need to do. The seat needs to actually be paid for to then upgrade.

It'll also depend on whether there's any reward seat availability as to whether you can even upgrade.

The easiest thing to do with all of this is to ring Flying Club. Their agents are great and will tell you what you can and can't do.

Given your countdown, I wouldn't have thought there would be any reward availability left in PE or Upper. Could be wrong and you might be lucky

Just rang and there is availability but as we booked it through delta can only do 24hrs before so prob all be gone then, worth a fly tho
