Hong Kong Disneyland late February 2019

I'm headed to HKDL late February 2019, sadly I am only in Hong Kong for 3 days and have been meticulous in my planning on where to visit to try and get as much in as possible.

My aim has alway's been to have a day at HKDL which I have managed to do and thanks to searching the web, I have got a great deal on a ticket and meal plan as well.

The day I picked is a Sunday (I land on the Friday and fly in the evening on the Monday, so I thought Sunday would be my best option).

Has anyone been to the park on a weekend? If so, what were the crowds like? The plan is to get the for park opening and to spend the entire day until I have to leave at park closing, there are a few rides I am interested in doing and know at least for the first one I will possible require a FASTPASS
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Journey to Halloween Town
Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars
Mystic Manor

Any other attractions I should make time for?
Also with my meal ticket I get one snack and a meal at a restaurantAny recommendations on where to eat?
I'm very excited about this trip and can't wait to share my experience with you all

We went to HK Disney on a Sunday last Nov and had a great day. Not crowded and low lines for most rides. The trains were quiet too and the Disney line ones are really cute. Food places had pictures of items outside so you could tell what they were. Don’t miss Mystic Manor or the Lion King. There are differences in the Jungle Cruise too and separate lines for different languages so you can understand the boat drivers. We didn’t need any fastpasses at all. Toy story land was good.
A really good day that was similar to ‘old school’ Disney where you didn’t have to rush around or plan frantically. Enjoy.
