Olive oil for pasta
I have just been out for a beautiful meal. I had linguine with butternut Squash and toasted pine nuts. There was no sauce on the pasta, instead it was drizzled with oil.
What sort of oil would it be? ... I never use oil on salads or pasta but this tasted so nice I am Wanting to recreate at home

It would be an extra virgin olive oil, usually a green colour and in my opinion Greek.
You can get extra virgin (or cold first press) olive oil from Italy and Spain but I think Greek is the best
