Veggies/Vegans - whats for Christmas Dinner?

DD18 is having a Cheatin' VBites turkey style roast from Holland and Barrett - she loves the range of vegan/veggie stuff there - tastes good with a nice texture. She likes the full on roast dinner at Christmas.

Slices well for sandwiches/wraps later too.

I posted that that’s what I was thinking of too, but wasn’t sure it was festive... but if it’s good enough for you then I shall jump on the bandwagon also.

That sounds good, I might go and look for dd. She made a pie last year from Anna Jones, Celebration celeriac and sweet garlic pie - no mushrooms Very nice but it stank the house and her breath out for days bbc/food/recipes/cel...riac_and_33665

This year she wants to make another AJ pie.

As we will also be having a buffet in the evening and boxing day, it fits in for others to eat as well, but I guess you could make a small one.
