Reunion Station Closing 3 Feb
Due to poor performance supposedly-
dvcinfo/forum/threads/re...closing.12575/ One wonders why they didn’t just make it a decent value offering, then they’d still makes lots of money and it would be wildely popular. Probably didn’t want to take trade away from overpriced drinks etc at nearby bars etc, so had to make it expensive. Shows that contrary to belief, DVC Members will not always happily be overcharged for everything. If a recession comes they will be in big trouble with all those overpriced dessert parties and other paid events generally I suspect.

Wow how spooky. I was reading the Fall Disney Files magazine in bed last night and they were talking about how they had listened to Members and had altered the previously too rigid structure ref booking for the entire vacation.
Great news to hear it's closing. Another cock up by greedy Disney Executives who are more focused on getting their grubby hands on our loot than adopting a more moderate approach that satisfies customers and gives a reasonable financial return. A lovely building, probably cost upwards of $800K paid for by Members! Do we get a refund please? Discussed on here back in early 2018. https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/sho...eunion+Station

It is a lovely building. Such a shame, I hope they just don't close it up and use it for another paid for dessert party etc.*
* Such a shame it is not being used, not that an overpriced offering failed.

Not surprised at this information, what a rip off! It’s only been open 5 minutes. I hope they do something good with the space though as it would be a shame to waste it.
