We never think of Bristol theatre (no idea why 😂 ) It may be a good plan for us as DD’s first choice uni starting in September is Bristol, so we could all meet up and see a show there

Glad to hear you enjoyed it - I was thinking of booking tickets but wanted to see what the reviews were like.

Went to see Benidorm last night, was really good. It's like a smuttier version of the TV show with innuendos all over the place.

DH and I are going to see this on Saturday, should be fun. He loves the tv show, I enjoy it (but not as much as he does 😂 ) Good to hear a positive review of it 😀

Early Doors are doing another stint at The Lowry this summer... if you enjoyed the TV programme then it's worth a watch

Our daughter managed to get us 2 tickets for Les Mis in August at the GuilgudThestre with Alfie Boe, Michael Ball and Matt Lucas. I'm gobsmacked! Its my favourite show. She was 27,902 in the queue when they went on sale on Thursday but held on for nearly an hour to secure the tickets. Sooo excited.

We are off to Cardiff for the matinee of Benidorm this afternoon. It is going to be crazy busy there due to the big rugby match. We hadn’t realised that it was a match day when we booked. We are catching the train down which may be easier than driving/parking as long as the train isn’t too full by the time it gets to us! There are 3 trains in half hour so hopefully we will get on one. We were going to eat in Cardiff after the show but as the match is on then, we think we should just catch the train home before the crowds come out of the stadium. Still looking forward to the show though, DH loves the tv show, so it should be fun 😀
