Looked like another great day.
Some great rides done at B.B. I love the Toboggan racers haha. Good choice on the butterfinger ice cream bar. All good choices to be fair. Garden grill looks good, it’s a place I want to eat at for breakfast one time.

I'm a bit of a baby about going face first down the waterslides, but it was a fun day. I still don't think that we know our way around BB as well as we do TL though.
Americans do have great peanut butter ice cream options, I can't resist!

Sounds like a fun packed day. We love BB, although I’m not crazy about having to stick my bum in the air for Toboggan Racers!
I love the photo of Kate giving Mickey a big squeeze I’m very excited as we have booked breakfast at the Garden Grill next year The food looks so good there I love spending the evening mooching around the World Showcase, obviously it would be rude not to have a cocktail or two Shame about the weather, I hope you managed to get back there another time x x

We had a great morning at BB. Garden Grill is one of my favourite restaurants for the characters. It's great if you're in a booth as you rotate around the restaurant. We've never been for breakfast but it looks great in other people's trip reports and we have it booked up for this summer too!

Ah poor Max and his bad experience on summit plummet, I hope he makes it this year maybe! Are your kids too old for the kids area in BB? my bigger small boy thought that was great!
I always enjoy Living with the land too, Garden Grill always get such good reviews but I don't find the meals look inspiring?! I have to say I felt disappointed with Illuminations last year, I felt like I was bored with it after years of loving it so I'm excited to see something new next time I return! Ah the halfway point I hate that part..! |

Poor Max, it's such a shame that he convinced himself he had to do it and then basically bottled it. They would definitely go on the little kids play area, as they still love climbing frames and play parks so they would want to, but as max is now close to 6ft tall I don't think they would let him!
I'm glad to be able to get one last look of illuminations this summer, but given how brilliant HEA is I'm excited for something new too.

I just can’t focus anymore, I’m off to M&S for some nice food to stop my food cravings...the butterfinger ice cream bar has pushed me over the edge I need peanut butter now! Mmm some Mac & cheese something too.
I love Kate’s Figment pillow pet, Max looks quite fetching in a hat! Is it too early for a Sunday cocktail when there is no school run in the morning!?! |

You know the answer to the question already. I'm shocked you have to ask well, if you're having a cocktail then so I am. It would be rude to not join you
That pillow pet has caused more problems than he is worth. He made the trip on the Eurostar to DLP with us in February! I'm pretty confident she wants to take him back to wdw this summer, but I'm really going to put my foot down this time.
