no car hire but want to get cbr to universal

whats the best way for a party of 9 (1 with a car seat and 1 with a scooter?

priced up quicksilver so far but unsure if they will take the scooter

Mears is an option and supposidly do take scooters as well although never tried with one. My sister did Mears and just rented a scooter at Universal but to warn you you get dropped off in the car park and then have to use a normal wheelchair to the park gate
