Disney buses to theme parks

Hello we will be staying at WL and plan to use the Disney buses to get to some parks.
I wondered if the steps to climb onto the buses are high as I have slight mobility issues and find big steps a challenge. Thank you.

When the buses arrive at the stops the driver lowers the bus so there should not be a step.

I have seen them lower the bus but I don't think it was too the ground. The step isn't particularly high or you could ask to use the ramp they can set out for ECV/wheelchair uses if that's easier, they must do that on nearly every journey it seemed.

No steps on the buses, the driver lowers to kerb height and floor is flat unless you go to the back where there is a step to be king of the bus. 🤗

If you are used to the buses here then you will not have any problems we found the drivers very helpful and patient.
